MemoryHaven does not receive, handle, transfer, store, seal, transport, or dispose of human or animal cremated remains.

Once an urn, vessel, jewelry compartment, paw print kit, or memorial container has been opened, filled, sealed, personalized, altered, or used, return eligibility may be restricted under our Return & Refund Policy.

Memorial Jewelry

Memorial jewelry may contain small compartments, threaded closures, chains, clasps, stones, glass, resin, plated finishes, or detachable parts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, memorial jewelry should not be assumed to be:

Do not drill, glue, scrape, clamp, clean, chemically treat, or permanently modify a headstone or monument unless the owner, cemetery, and relevant professional permit the method.

Personalized and Customized Products

Personalized products may include names, dates, photographs, messages, designs, engraving, printing, or other customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order.
