MemoryHaven offers memorial and remembrance products for honoring loved ones and companion animals. Our collections include cremation urns, memorial jewelry, photo keepsakes, candles and lanterns, sympathy gifts, garden memorials, funeral supplies, graveside accessories, and pet memorial products.

We charge a flat standard shipping fee of $6.90 per order. If items from the same order are shipped separately, you will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because the order is divided into multiple packages.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

International destinations: 10–20 business days

Yes. Once your order or part of your order has shipped, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking activity may take approximately 2–5 days to appear after shipment because the carrier may need time to receive and scan the package.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation and address-change requests should preferably be submitted within 12 hours.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing, customization, fulfillment, or shipping has started. Personalized products may enter production shortly after the order is placed.

Personalized, engraved, printed, monogrammed, or made-to-order products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the order.

Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, messages, spelling, and product options before completing your purchase.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Products must remain unused and include their original packaging, accessories, components, tags, and documentation. All returns require prior written authorization from MemoryHaven.

Please review the capacity and dimensions listed on the product page. When you are uncertain about the required capacity, consult the funeral home, crematory, veterinarian, or pet crematory assisting you.

Keepsake urns and cremation jewelry are generally designed to hold only a small symbolic portion of cremated remains.

We provide estimated processing and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee arrival before a particular funeral, memorial service, celebration of life, anniversary, or other scheduled event unless a guaranteed delivery commitment has been expressly provided in writing.
