The ivory gift card box comes with white lace and a printed cards label as optional accessories. The lid slot is big enough to collect all sizes of envelopes and money and is tightly fitted making it secure and safe without needing a lock.
  • Highest Quality - Made with premium materials, including durable 0.16in (4mm) grey paper board and a specialty textured paper. Other gift card boxes made of glass or flimsy cardboard can be more fragile compared to our durable construction. The white lace and "cards" label are unattached if you choose not to use them. We have included strips of clear double sided tape making it easy to attach the accessories to the wedding gift box.

MemoryHaven offers memorial and remembrance products for honoring loved ones and companion animals. Our collections include cremation urns, memorial jewelry, photo keepsakes, candles and lanterns, sympathy gifts, garden memorials, funeral supplies, graveside accessories, and pet memorial products.

How much does shipping cost?


We charge a flat standard shipping fee of $6.90 per order. If items from the same order are shipped separately, you will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because the order is divided into multiple packages.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery after shipment is:

United States: 5–10 business days

International destinations: 10–20 business days

Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order or part of your order has shipped, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Personalized, engraved, printed, monogrammed, or made-to-order products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the order.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Products must remain unused and include their original packaging, accessories, components, tags, and documentation. All returns require prior written authorization from MemoryHaven.

Do not send a return to our business address unless our support team has provided that address in written return instructions.

Urn capacity varies by product and intended use. Full-size urns, companion urns, keepsake urns, sharing urns, pet urns, and memorial jewelry hold different amounts.

Please review the capacity and dimensions listed on the product page. When you are uncertain about the required capacity, consult the funeral home, crematory, veterinarian, or pet crematory assisting you.

Keepsake urns and cremation jewelry are generally designed to hold only a small symbolic portion of cremated remains.

Can you guarantee delivery before a funeral or memorial service?

We provide estimated processing and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee arrival before a particular funeral, memorial service, celebration of life, anniversary, or other scheduled event unless a guaranteed delivery commitment has been expressly provided in writing.

We recommend ordering as early as possible and considering both production time and shipping time when purchasing for a specific date.
